Aaron earned his master’s degree in creative collaboration from The University of the Arts, where he partnered with the Wharton School of Business to adapt corporate principles of leadership and organizational dynamics for creative teams. There, he worked with dancers, acrobats, musicians, and theater artists to build high-performing teams, break through creative blocks, and—his special focus—overcome high-intensity conflict.

Aaron previously led corporate thought leadership at Forbes. Outside of his coaching and consulting work, Aaron continues his life-long collaborations with artists, directing actors, composing for classical orchestras, and designing team-based interactive experiences.
